Covid-19 notice

Due to Covid-19 situation, we are currently limited for public access.  Our hours are Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 10am to 2pm.  We care and only doing private patients one at a time to practice social distancing of 6 feet apart.  We don't want you to be at risk, please stay home for yourself and others' well being.  

Please call the office for updated or set up tele-appointments information.  At the time of visit, please be prepared to be temperature check and you must be wearing a mask.  If you are not wearing a mask, you will be deny on entry.  We apologized for these precaution procedures due to we are in the new beginning of health care system.  Be safe for yourself and others.
